READ DESCRIPTION/COMMENTS BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS. Many of your questions have already been answered numerous times. This is just a simple video of how to remove a glued on orange tip from an airsoft gun. In the video I’m using an Echo 1 G36C, but this method will work with most any airsoft gun without scratching, breaking, and doing any damage to the flash hider or threaded barrel. The gun itself had the flash hider (orange tip) glued on for the actual video, so no camera tricks here. You’ll need a pot of hot water. You don’t have to boil the water, just get it hot. And if you need them pliers, a towel or cloth, and some tape. The video shows the basic process which may vary slightly from gun to gun. ALTERNATIVE: If you have a blow dryer, I know most guys don’t have them hence the “If”; you can heat the tip with that. and screw it off. I just made a video with the hot water method because I don’t know any guys who have a blow dryer, unless they’re still living at home w/ the parents (or sister). I live with 3 male room mates so none of us have blow dryers, and I don’t like my fat crazy psychotic chick neighbors so I went with this method. Hope this video helped.
